Rhonda Kline

Rhonda Kline is the Director of Human Resources at Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley. Rhonda has extensive experience in Employee Relations, Investigations, and HR Policies and Procedures.

Prior to their current position, Rhonda was the Sr. Human Resources Manager at Aetna Integrated Services, where they were responsible for leading the change management and cultural transformation efforts to support continued growth and expansion. Rhonda also assisted management in planning, developing and implementing evaluation of programs, policies and processes including compensation, EEO maintenance, employee value propositions and employee services.

Before their time at Aetna, Rhonda worked as a realtor for Coldwell Banker King Thompson. As a residential sales associate specializing in Pickerington and Canal Winchester area real estate, they were committed to providing first-rate service and maintaining timely communication with their clients.

Rhonda Kline has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Youngstown State University.
