Scott Hillman

Scott Hillman joined Goodwill Central Texas in June 2020 as the District Director of the Northeast Region and was promoted to Vice President of Retail in April 2021. With nearly 30 years’ experience in the hospitality and retail industry — including over 15 with a Fortune 200 Company — Mr. Hillman has served in field leadership roles for nearly two decades. He’s passionate about talent development, world-class customer service, operational excellence, and initiatives that drive the Goodwill mission.

A U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Hillman attended Kansas State University where he received a bachelor’s in Hotel & Restaurant Management, minoring in Business Administration. He later earned a Master of Theology from the Institute of Conservative Apostolic Theology to pursue his interest in education and service to others.
