Ashley McNeil, MBA

Ashley McNeil, MBA, has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Ashley currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, where they have held progressively senior roles since joining the company in 2019. Prior to their current position, Ashley worked as a Human Resources Specialist at B.C. Roosters from 2017 to 2019 and as a waitress from 2010 to 2017. Ashley also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Discount Labels in 2016 and as an Administrator at Kentucky Marketing Solutions in 2014. Ashley's diverse background in talent acquisition, human resources, and administration positions their well for future career opportunities.

Ashley McNeil obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Indiana University Southeast, graduating in 2016. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Business at the University of the Cumberlands from 2017 to 2019.
