Yhesica Ramirez has extensive work experience in the field of Compensation and Benefits. Yhesica started their career as an Intern in Development of Processes at Banco de la República - Colombia. Yhesica then worked as a Teaching Assistant at Universidad de los Andes. Yhesica joined Nestle as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, where they gained knowledge and experience in various core processes related to Compensation and Benefits management. Yhesica later became a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Nestle, where they collaborated with HR Business Partners and supported the development of core processes, such as salary reviews and job evaluations.
