Yhesica Ramirez has extensive work experience in the field of Compensation and Benefits. Yhesica started their career as an Intern in Development of Processes at Banco de la República - Colombia. Yhesica then worked as a Teaching Assistant at Universidad de los Andes. Yhesica joined Nestle as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, where they gained knowledge and experience in various core processes related to Compensation and Benefits management. Yhesica later became a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Nestle, where they collaborated with HR Business Partners and supported the development of core processes, such as salary reviews and job evaluations. Yhesica then worked at Deloitte as a Human Capital - Senior Consultant, where they were involved in projects related to Total Remuneration Survey and compensation design and strategy. In these roles, they were responsible for compensation strategy, design, and administration activities, and worked closely with HR Market Heads and generalists. Currently, Yhesica is the HR Lead Colombia at Haleon.

Yhesica Ramirez has a diverse education history.
