Dane E. McGraw III

Dane E. McGraw, III has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Dane E. has currently been serving as the Vice President, Mission New Ventures at Goodwill Industries of North Florida since October 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President, Career Services at the same organization from May 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Goodwill, Dane was the President/Owner of McGraw Family Insurance & Risk Management from March 2017 to March 2022. In this role, they provided financial risk management and consultative services to personal and business clientele.

From 2009 to 2017, Dane worked at Goodwill Industries of North Florida in various positions. Dane E. started as Grant Program Manager in November 2009 and then served as Risk Manager from January 2011 to January 2014. Dane E. later became the Director of Risk Management from January 2014 to January 2017, where they protected the organization's financial assets and managed risk adjudication processes.

Prior to their tenure at Goodwill, Dane worked at US Assure from March 2003 to November 2009. Dane E. started as a Managing General Agent & Risk Analyst and was responsible for creating and leading the development of the company's Specialty Automobile products. Dane E. also trained and managed a team of 15 individuals.

Dane E. McGraw, III has a strong background in risk management, insurance, and leadership roles across non-profit and private sector organizations.

Dane E. McGraw, III pursued their education at the University of North Florida from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Sciences. Following this, they attended the University of Central Florida from 2010 to 2012, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Nonprofit Management. In addition to their formal education, Dane has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and qualifications. In May 2023, they completed training and assessments through Florida Ready to Work, earning certifications in Communicating Effectively, Conveying Professionalism, Essential Soft Skills Assessment, Florida Ready to Work Soft Skills Training, Florida Soft Skills Credential, Promoting Teamwork and Collaboration, and Thinking Critically and Solving Problems.
