Patrick Polanco

Patrick Polanco has extensive experience in youth development and workforce readiness through various roles at Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona, including Professional Speaker, Career Navigator, and Youth Employer Outreach Specialist. Responsibilities include providing counseling and coaching to program participants, developing individualized service plans, and fostering partnerships with local employers to create job opportunities. Prior to Goodwill, Patrick served as a Guy Talk Facilitator at Child & Family Resources, Inc., where teaching and mentoring were key components of the role. Additional experience as a Behavioral Health Paraprofessional and Academic Peer Advisor demonstrates a commitment to supporting young individuals. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Literacy, Learning, & Leadership from the University of Arizona, along with a minor in Military Science & Leadership.
