Audrey Hollingsworth

Audrey Hollingsworth is the Vice President of People Services at Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers. She entered this position in August 2018, continuing an illustrious career in human resources management. Prior to joining the GoodwillSR team, Audrey headed The Hollingsworth Group, the human resources and information technology consulting company that she established with her husband Selvin. Before that, she led various HR divisions at multi-billion dollar financial services institution, Synovus, ascending the ranks to Group Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer during her time with the company.

Audrey has more than 25 years of experience within the HR field, equipping her with expertise in all facets of human resources functions including talent management and acquisition, leadership development and the delivery of core HR services. She has proven abilities to increase productivity, efficiency and team member morale through the strategic implementation of innovative solutions. She is a tremendous asset to GoodwillSR and helps drives the organization forward in its service to the community.

Her formal education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from the University of Georgia and a Master of Science in Management from Troy University. She also earned certificates from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business, the Center for Creative Leadership and the Human Capital Institute.

She extends her wealth of knowledge to several community organizations, having served on a number of local and state boards including Leadership Georgia, St. Francis Hospital Board of Trustees, Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce and the J. W. Fanning Institute among others. Audrey received the William B. Turner Humanitarian Award and the Girl Scouts Women of Achievement Award for her philanthropic service.
