Sharon Beamon

Sharon Beamon, PHR®, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in staff development, training, and operational support. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Staff Development & Training Specialist at Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont since May 2013, Sharon previously held various roles within the organization, including HRA and Floating Assistant Manager from January 2010 to March 2013. Prior experience includes a tenure at Ford Motor Company from April 1995 to February 2007 as a Human Resources Professional. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University, an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary - Baking and Pastry from Johnson and Wales University - Charlotte, and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
