Marco Rogledi

Marco Rogledi has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Marco is currently the HR Director at AIRC - The Italian Foundation for Cancer Research ETS, where they handle all HR activities and services. Marco specializes in organization, change management, digital transformation, and cost optimization. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at Sisal Group from 2020 to 2023. Before that, they spent several years at KPMG Italy, where they held various roles including HR Director, HR Manager, and HR Business Partner. At KPMG, they were responsible for executing the people strategy, managing HR processes and policies, and leading multidisciplinary projects. Marco also provided board support and was a member of the international HR leadership group. Marco's work experience also includes a brief role as an Assistant to an Account Director at GfK in 2001.
