Joel Prieur, MBA, CHRL has an extensive career in various roles within the Human Resources field. From their early days as an Assembly Line Worker at Quality Safety Systems to their current position as Vice President of Talent Development at Goodwill Industries Ontario Great Lakes, Joel has shown their dedication to developing strategies and managing all aspects of the Human Resource Department. With a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Fredericton, Joel continues to demonstrate their expertise in talent development and risk mitigation.
