Xavier Mills

Xavier Mills is a seasoned logistics and operations professional currently serving as Logistics Operations Manager at Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia since September 2022. Previously, Xavier held the position of Area Manager at Amazon from June 2021 to September 2022. A veteran of the US Army, Xavier excelled as a Healthcare Specialist in both Civil Affairs Medical Sergeant and Special Operations Combat Medic roles, providing critical medical assistance and decision-making in high-pressure situations from March 2009 to December 2016. Additionally, Xavier gained supervisory experience at UPS, managing a team of 112 employees while ensuring quality and accuracy in operations between August 2005 and December 2007.
