Michael Mancini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including nonprofit organizations, education, and community development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategy, Innovation, and Impact at Goodwill of Silicon Valley, Michael focuses on developing integrated service delivery models and implementing trauma-informed care programs. Previous roles include founding the Santa Clara County Covid-19 Bridge to Recovery Program, directing economic development services at Catholic Charities, and mentoring at Santa Clara University’s Miller Center. With a strong background in grant writing and executive management, Michael has held notable positions such as CEO of Awareness Integrated Management and Managing Director at Meristem. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Colorado College and a Master of Arts in Teaching from National University.
