Andy M. Siegel

Andy M. Siegel, MHA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Andy M. began their career as a Youth Leadership Coordinator at Charles E. Smith Life Communities in 2007 and continued to work in the healthcare field with roles such as a Volunteer at Evercare Hospice - Palliative in 2013 and a Palliative Care Associate at The George Washington University Hospital from 2011 to 2015. In 2012, they founded eGenShare/GenShare LLC before joining Capital Caring Health as a Clinical Care Coordinator from 2015 to 2018. Starting in 2018, they took on business development positions, first as the Vice President of Business Development at Goodwin Living until 2019 and then as the Chief Business Development Officer from 2019. During this time, they also served as an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University- Milken Institute School of Public Health and a Board Member for Legislative Affairs Committee at the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. Currently, they hold the role of Associate Director for Community Engagement at The George Washington University School of Nursing and serves as a Committee Member for the Professional Ethics and Academic Freedom Committee at The George Washington University.

Andy M. Siegel attended Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School for an unknown period of time. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and Social Justice from The George Washington University. Andy M. continued their education at The George Washington University, earning a Master of Healthcare Administration with a focus on Acute, Post-Acute, Geriatric, Hospice, and Palliative Care.
