Emily Johnson has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Emily started their career in 2011 as a Sales Assistant at Cowdray Farm Shop, where they provided excellent customer service and assisted with product displays and restocking. Emily then worked as a Waitress at Ember Lounge, gaining knowledge of drinks and menu items in a high-pressure environment.
In 2012, Emily worked as a Kitchen Porter and Waitress at Seven Fish Restaurant, where they worked their way up to a waitress and gained experience in maintaining a relaxed yet luxurious environment.
Emily joined The Goodwood Group in 2013 as a Venues Management Trainee, participating in a two-year graduate program that involved working across different venues and departments, including finance and estate sales. Emily also spent six months as a Supervisor at the Kennels. After completing the program, they took on the role of Estate Wedding & Social Events Executive, handling weddings and private events at various venues on the estate.
Emily then moved to Aviator - a hotel by TAG in 2017, where they worked as a Meetings & Events Sales Manager until 2019. Finally, Emily returned to The Goodwood Group in 2019, taking on the role of Reservations Executive and later transitioning to Wedding & Social Executive. Currently, they serve as a Wedding Sales Manager.
Emily Johnson began their education at The Royal School Haslemere in 2001 and completed their studies there in 2009. Emily then went on to attend Staffordshire University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy.
