Helena Bissex

Helena Bissex has a diverse and extensive work history. Helena has been working as a Partnership Manager at The Goodwood Group since 2023. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS), starting in 2017. At RHS, they served as a Tradestand Manager, where they were responsible for managing trade stands and achieving targets at various RHS flower shows. Helena also worked as a Horticulture Team Coordinator, where they implemented administrative systems and assisted in organizing events and shows. Before their time at RHS, they worked as an Event Organiser at Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials, where they managed an education program and coordinated volunteers. Helena also gained experience as a Sales Assistant at Joules, where they dealt with customer requests and stock management. Helena has held other roles such as an Assistant Event Organiser at Blair Castle International Horse Trials & Country Fair, a Race Day Office Assistant at Goodwood Racecourse, and a Part-Time Office Administrator at Lavant House Stables.

Helena Bissex attended HSDC Alton from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued A Levels in Drama, Music, English Literature, and Language. Following that, they enrolled at Merrist Wood College from 2011 to 2013, obtaining a Higher National Diploma in Equine Management. Finally, from 2013 to 2014, Helena studied at Kingston University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Equine Business Management.
