Allen Ward possesses extensive experience in operations and project leadership within The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, serving in various roles since March 2000. Notable positions include Small Business Team Leader for Budene 850 & Budene 880 Units, where responsibilities involved ensuring safe work practices and developing procedural documentation. As a Start-Up Leader, Allen was instrumental in the design and commissioning of the PBR/sSBR facility.
