Karna Vishwas

Karna Vishwas is an accomplished leader in customer experience with over a decade of experience at Google, currently serving as Director of Customer Experience, where a global team of 120+ Product Support Consultants is managed. Previous roles at Google include Global Head of Technical Experts, Senior Manager for Google Analytics 360, Global Brand Measurement Lead, and Manager of Programmatic Ads. Prior to joining Google, Karna worked as an Operations Analyst at Teracent and held positions at Honeywell and Apex CoVantage. Academically, Karna holds a Master's in Engineering Management from Duke University and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, supplemented by a strong foundational education from Hyderabad Public School.
