Zee Faulk

Zee Faulk is a tech recruiter who currently works for Google. Prior to working for Google, Zee worked for Indeed.com from September 2015 to August 2021. During their time at Indeed.com, Zee served as a corporate recruiter and TA for all Americas. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting top talent for corporate functions, including bilingual requirements of Portuguese, French, and Spanish languages for Emerging Markets in the Americas. Zee also worked with multiple offices in the US, Canada, and Brazil.

Some of Zee's notable accomplishments during their time at Indeed.com include reducing the time to fill requisitions from an average of 200 days to under 90 days, consistently exceeding weekly submittal goals and monthly hiring quotas by 150%, and establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally.

In addition to their work as a recruiter, Zee is also a diversity & inclusion advocate and member of Women, International and Latinx in Tech Inclusion Groups. Zee has participated in various networking events and conferences throughout the US.

Zee Faulk has a Master of Education from Texas State University in the field of Education.
