Jason Jackson

Jason Jackson currently serves as the Head of Food at Goosemoor Educatering, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this, Jason worked as a Regional Executive Chef and a Regional Executive Development Chef at Impact Food Group and Holroyd Howe, respectively. Jason's extensive career includes significant roles such as Company Executive Chef at Impact Food Group and Group Manager at Taylor Shaw Ltd., where responsibilities involved leading food innovation and driving growth. With earlier positions at T(n)S Catering, Eden Foodservice, Graysons Restaurants, Catermasters, and Pilgrims Restaurant, Jason has demonstrated expertise in catering management, operational oversight, and development within various sectors including education and corporate dining. Educational background includes studies at Cornwall College and St Wifrids RC School.
