Ujjawal Kumar

Ujjawal Kumar has a diverse work experience. Ujjawal started as a Junior Executive Member at Gopali Youth Welfare Society in December 2021 and later became a Senior Executive Member. Currently, they are the Head of the Technical Operations Team at the same organization.

In 2022, Ujjawal worked as a Student Mentor at PW (PhysicsWallah) and as an Associate Member at Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Kharagpur.

In 2023, they interned as a Full Stack MERN Developer at Kropbook and also started their startup called JOSAA Counsellors, where they serve as the Founder. Alongside their entrepreneurial endeavors, Ujjawal also gained experience as an OCR Data Entry Intern at MathonGo.

Additionally, Ujjawal has showcased their creativity as a Writer and Stand Up Comedian at COMEDY CLUB IIT Kharagpur and held positions related to publicity and web development at COMPOSIT, IIT Kharagpur.

Ujjawal Kumar attended New Gyan Bharti International School in Nawada, Bihar from 2008 to 2018, where they completed their Matriculation. Ujjawal then pursued their Intermediate education at Tulsi Vidya Niketan from 2018 to 2020, focusing on Science. Currently, Ujjawal is studying at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Ujjawal is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, which they are expected to complete in 2025. In terms of additional certifications, Ujjawal received the third position in Open IIT Short Story Writing from Technology Students' Gymkhana at IIT Kharagpur in 2022. Ujjawal also served as a Student Mentor at PW (PhysicsWallah) in the same year.
