Syed Shah has five years of work experience. Syed began their career in 2012 as a Marketing Executive for Shah Building Contractor LTD. In 2016, they became a Customer Advisor for ASOS.com. Syed then joined Ocado Group in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative. In 2021, they took on two roles; Operations Shift Leader for Gophr and First Line Support for XMA.

Syed Shah attended the University of Bedfordshire from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Marketing. Syed also holds a BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (BBB).
