Jerry Davidek II started their career at Sharp Electronics in 2003 as a Systems Integration Engineer, providing technical phone support and troubleshooting for multi-function printers. Jerry worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined Gordon Flesch Company as a Digital Solutions Specialist, responsible for setting up and integrating copiers/printers/scanners on customers' networks. Jerry also provided on-site troubleshooting and training. Later, they transitioned to the role of Business Analyst Managed Print Services, where they drove business solutions in Output Management and worked closely with the sales team to provide custom document imaging solutions and workflow analysis for clients. Jerry configured complete solutions, participated in the full range of project phases, and managed client accounts. Recently, they became the Business Analyst Team Lead Managed Print Services at Gordon Flesch Company.

Jerry Davidek II has a diverse education history in the field of Information Technology. In 2003, they obtained an MCSE degree from Microtrain Technologies. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1996, they attended Joliet Junior College to study Computer Information Systems. In 1991, they graduated from Bolingbrook High School with a Diploma.

Jerry has also obtained multiple certifications throughout their career. In 2021, they earned a certification in Papercut from PaperCut Software. In 2020, they obtained a uniFLOW Online Tech certification from Canon Inc., and in 2019, they earned a uniFLOW Level II Tech certification from the same institution. In 2019, they also obtained an E-copy Sharescan certification from Kofax. Going back further, in 2008, they obtained an ESX 3.0 certification from VMware, and in 2005, they received a VCP certification from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained an MCSE certification from Microsoft in 2003.
