Kathleen joined Gore Mutual in 2017 to establish and lead the company’s Project Management Office, and today is leading the largest transformation in the organization’s history. She brings extensive PMO leadership experience gained from various roles in the insurance and financial services industries. She’s responsible for ensuring that projects across the enterprise are established and effectively managed to deliver business value and further the achievement of Gore Mutual’s strategy.
