Antonio Lapa

Antonio Lapa is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in leading design projects and managing design systems. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Gorgias since January 2021, Antonio leads the Agent Experience squad, overseeing the development of key features such as the notification center and dark mode, which have significantly enhanced user experience. Prior experience includes a role as Product Designer at Wunder Mobility where efforts focused on mobile experience improvement, and as Product Designer at Stone Pagamentos, where responsibilities involved designing digital products for merchants. Previous positions also include graphic design roles at Empresa Júnior PUC-Rio, Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, and Agência Milk, providing a strong foundation in visual communication and design management. Antonio holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Desenho Industrial - Comunicação Visual from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
