Astaeka Pramuditya is a Customer Marketing Manager at Gorgias. Prior to joining Gorgias, they were with Triller as a Strategic Partnerships APAC from August 2020 to August 2021. There, they were responsible for defining partner relationships strategy, building and managing multi-vertical partners in new territories from stratch, and conducting and implementing multi-channel campaigns to acquire new and retain existing users and partners.

Before Triller, Astaeka Pramuditya was with GoCardless as an International Content Marketing & Customer Advocacy Manager from September 2018 to June 2020. There, they were in charge of international content marketing and worked closely with the international marketing team, in particular with regional marketing managers (EMEA). Her responsibilities included defining top, middle and bottom of funnel content strategy; managing and organising SEO-optimised and audiovisual contents production for European markets to strenghten brand awareness and increase lead generation; and implementing multi-channel campaigns and leading customer advocacy program for European markets to acquire new and retain existing partners.

Astaeka Pramuditya started their career as a Content Marketing Manager at SoftFluent France from June 2017 to May 2018.

Astaeka Pramuditya has a MSc in Intercultural Communications & Communications and New Media Studies from Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco). Astaeka also has a Bachelor of Humanities in LLCER Français from University of Indonesia. Astaeka is certified in TEFL from ITTT - International TEFL & TESOL training, and they are also certified in DELF B2 from Ministère chargé de l'Éducation nationale.
