Charles Crabtree

Charles Crabtree currently serves as the VP of Partnerships at Gorgias, the leading customer experience platform for E-Commerce brands, where responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships to enhance customer experiences through AI-powered solutions. Previously, Charles spent over a decade at Bill.com, ultimately acting as Head of Partnership Sales and overseeing the largest distribution channel for the company, along with leading the Accountant Channel Program that serves numerous accounting firms. Additional experience includes roles at Fuze, Oracle, Above All Software, Dealix, FrontZone Software, and WebEx, covering various sales and strategic account management positions. Charles holds a degree from Colorado State University.
