Your role

This position focuses on generating marketing-sourced pipeline revenue for our clients.

You’ll be responsible for executing campaigns for our clients to drive the best results possible. You'll work closely with the performance marketing team and client account strategists who will serve as a feedback loop for you in terms of what’s working and what’s not. You're empowered to perform audience research, make tweaks, surface recommendations and develop new campaign ideas based on what you’re seeing succeed in campaign performance.

You’ll need to be well-versed in Google search, LinkedIn and Facebook ad platforms, with the possibility of researching and adding more platforms to our offering as appropriate. We're focused on driving true results for our clients. Capture demand where it exists, create demand over the long term. Throughout it all, it’s important to never lose sight of marketing fundamentals.

Internally, you’re the embodiment of our “results” core value. You own the campaign side of our client engagements that are the catalyst for helping our clients achieve their goals.

What that looks like:

  • Paid media campaign management to include paid search and paid social: Plan, test, implement and measure multi-channel media campaigns to drive inbound demand

  • Perform audience research across platforms to develop new campaign ideas

  • Manage day-to-day performance across several media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Ads paid search

  • Day-to-day monitoring and optimization of assigned accounts, with a specialized focus on direct response and performance

  • Data analysis and reporting: Analyze performance data and report on results, including campaign results, data storytelling and spend recommendations; rapidly iterate on campaigns based on findings

  • Additional duties as needed

Within the Strategy department, you’ll work closely with the Senior Performance Marketer, the Strategy Director and Senior Strategists to continuously audit and refine our demand generation playbook, reporting directly to the Senior Performance Marketer.

You’ll also work to resolve issues, define processes and better your teammates.

What that looks like:

  • Meet with the Senior Performance Marketer weekly to identify and work through issues

  • Attend weekly Strategy department meetings to contribute ideas and solutions

  • Diving into professional development opportunities

  • Sharing wins and challenges with the team

  • Owning responsibilities for the department

  • Funneling feedback to the Senior Performance Marketer and Conversion Copywriter about how to change content to improve performance

Putting your role into perspective

You'll work with a dedicated account Strategist on multiple accounts. Together you both will lead the advertising campaigns — which are our primary lever for content distribution and bringing in marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue. You'll be a stone-cold executioner; the account Strategist will be a feedback loop and a second set of eyes to look at performance against the plan, the goals and the foundational work. Together, you both will make the most out of a given client’s budget and content

Some travel is possible.
