John Young

John Young is an experienced Development Chef with a strong background in new product development and culinary excellence. Currently employed at Gosh! Food Ltd since August 2021, John previously held positions as Development Chef and Senior Product Developer at Hain Daniels Group, demonstrating expertise in creating innovative food products for large retailers. Prior experience includes roles at Bakkavor, Buckingham Foods as a Development Technologist, and as a Freelance Chef, where John broadened culinary skills across various restaurants and catering companies. John began as Head Chef at Boulot, successfully launching a new European-style brasserie. Educationally, John holds an NVQ in Catering and Hospitality from Aylesbury College.
