Henry Chiang

Henry Chiang is the current head of GoShare at GoShare. Henry has also previously worked as the head of operations at foodpanda and Gogoro.

Henry has a wealth of experience in scaling businesses and improving efficiencies. At foodpanda, they managed and scaled the department from 3 employees to 11 employees across 5 cities and quadrupled the express fleet within 9 months. Henry also supervised a shared service center in Malaysia with a focus on customer service and partner service. Under their leadership, foodpanda saw 269.85% growth of orders with same service level within 8 months. This was achieved through various initiatives such as reducing operations cost, improving overall operations efficiency and extending delivery distance. In addition, Henry also revitalized the couriers community for better compliance and retention through marketing strategies. Henry achieved the best operations efficiency (in terms of courier utilization) across 8 markets in the region (APAC) in 8 months.
