The Action

As the Head of Operations, you will focus on our daily operations, while preparing Gospooky for international growth and will be responsible for the different client teams and all work processes involved. You will oversee our processes and know how to make complex matters simple. You will set up new tooling, manage our workflows from A to Z and create our operations guideline for the future. Your role also includes setting up efficient communication lines across our client units so good news travels fast and bad news even faster. In order to make the right decisions, you understand our business. You ensure that your colleagues can excel in their work on campaigns for major international brands such as JBL, Prime Video, KLM, and many more.

You as Head of Operations:

• Have experience in a similar role (e.g. Operations Manager, Operations Director). Agency experience is a must.

• Have a vision of what operations should look like in our ever-evolving modern world.

• Know that operations are not only about efficiency but also about building resilience.

• Have demonstrable experience in managing multiple teams and/or offices.

• Know how to combine focus on daily operations with preparing gospooky for international growth.

• Can not only interpret large sets of data but also develop concrete processes based on this.

• Are a great communicator and can approach opportunities and tackle problems both strategically and pragmatically.

• Have an affinity with the latest (social) platforms and technologies.
