Carrie Oppenheimer is an accomplished HR and People and Culture leader with extensive experience in strategic organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Gospooky, Carrie was previously the Head of People at Aunt Flow, where notable achievements included significantly increasing employee engagement and launching comprehensive HR processes. Prior positions include HR Projects Specialist at ESW, Director of Programs and People at Reboot, and a Project Officer at IOM - UN Migration, where Carrie managed numerous resettlement cases and implemented training programs. With an educational background that includes a Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management from University College Dublin and a Master's in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, Carrie Oppenheimer has a proven record of enhancing employee experiences and driving cultural initiatives across diverse sectors.
