Allie Beardsley has a diverse work experience starting from 2008. Allie worked as a College Initiatives Intern at TOMS, where they managed college campus representatives and organized events. Allie also worked at The Kentucky Kernel, the University of Kentucky's independent student newspaper, where they held various positions, including Managing Editor and Photo Editor. During their time there, they gained experience in deadline reporting and project management. Allie also worked as a Publications and Communications Specialist at Naples United Church of Christ, where they edited and designed the church's monthly magazine and maintained their website. Allie was a Multimedia Journalist at Naples Daily News, covering community stories as a freelancer and working as a photographer/videographer and county government beat reporter as a Scripps Howard Fellow. Additionally, they owned and operated Allie Beardsley Photography, specializing in birth, maternity, and newborn photography. At Wittenberg Weiner Consulting, LLC, they served as a Business Operations Lead and a Supervisory Management and Financial Analyst in the Comptroller's Office, Budget and Execution. Allie managed operations, including recruiting and contract change management, and acted as a liaison between company leadership and clients. Finally, they worked at Zalando SE, starting as a Project Manager in Performance Management and later becoming a Senior Manager in the New Work team, focusing on workplace culture and change management. Currently, Allie works at GoStudent as the Head of Workplace Experience.

Allie Beardsley completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and English at the University of Kentucky from 2006 to 2010. In addition, they obtained a certification in How to Manage a Remote Team from Coursera in 2021 and a RockIt Academy x Lepaya Expert Program certification from Lepaya in 2024.
