Patricia Mejia has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the marketing and communications field. Patricia currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at GoTab Inc., where they oversee the development and implementation of the company's contactless mobile ordering and payment platform. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Freedom Marketing LLC, where they specialized in DAM strategy, governance, and enablement. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Department Head at MITRE, where they developed and executed digital engagement strategies for key stakeholders. Before that, they served as the CMO and Client Partner at Siteworx, where they led demand generation and branding initiatives. Patricia also has experience as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications at IXI Corporation and as a Lead Marketing Communications Specialist at Freddie Mac. Overall, they have expertise in digital marketing, integrated marketing communications, and strategic messaging.
Patricia Mejia obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration from George Mason University's Schar School of Policy and Government in 1996. Later, they pursued an M.S. in Technology Management from the George Mason University - School of Business, completing their studies from 2010 to 2012. Alongside their formal education, Patricia also obtained various certifications, including Workfront Core Certification - Partners from Workfront in April 2020, Google Adwords Search and Fundamentals Certifications from Google in March 2018, Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in July 2013, and Advanced Google Analytics Certification from Google in February 2018.
