Fredrik Sundberg

Fredrik Sundberg has a solid work experience in the field of HR. Fredrik started their professional career as a machine operator and trade union representative at SKF Sverige AB in 1989. From there, they progressed to various HR roles within the company, including HR expert and HR business partner/expert. Fredrik'sresponsibilities included overseeing employment conditions, organizational development, implementing IT-based training systems, and providing support during downsizing efforts. In 2015, Fredrik joined Försäkringskassan as an HR Verksamhetspartner, where they continued their HR career until 2023. Currently, they are the Head of HR at Göteborgs Hamn AB.

Fredrik Sundberg began their education in 2008 at the University of Gothenburg, where they studied Work & Organizational Psychology until 2011. In 2011, they also attended the University of Gothenburg for a separate course in Psychology with a focus on decision-making. In 2012, Fredrik attended University West, where they studied Labor Legislation. Fredrik returned to the University of Gothenburg in 2013 for a course on Interview and Communication Methodology. In 2014, Fredrik attended the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg for a course in Introduction to Law.
