Dawn Guarriello

Dawn Guarriello is an accomplished executive in the cosmetics industry, currently serving as the Executive Director of Sales and Executive Director of Marketing & Product Development at GOTHA COSMETICS since November 2017. Dawn's extensive experience includes positions as Senior Director of Product Development for Color & Skincare Innovation at Mana Products and Senior Director of Product Development at Boom! Creative Development from December 2007 to June 2017. Previous roles also encompass Director of Product Development at Cosmetic Essence, Inc. and Bath & Body Works, as well as managerial positions at Maybelline and Revlon. Dawn holds a B.S. in Cosmetics, Fragrance and Toiletries Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology, completed in 1994.
