Chuck Russo

Chuck Russo has a diverse work experience in various industries. Chuck started working at Real Life Sciences in 2014 as a Consultant in the Pharmaceutical Team. Chuck later became a Senior Consultant in the same team before joining Harnham as the West Coast Practice Head for Data & Technology in 2017. In the same year, they also took on the role of Global Talent Acquisition Lead at SERES EV, where they successfully launched a Battery Technology R&D Center in Japan. Chuck later joined Tesla as a Senior Engineering Recruiter and then as a Staff Engineering Recruiter. Currently, Chuck is the Head of Manufacturing & Technical Recruitment at Gotion Inc., where they are contributing to the green energy revolution by providing cutting-edge solutions for electric vehicles and renewable energy systems.
