Ayu Katarina

Ayu Katarina has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Deputy Corporate Secretary and Legal Manager at GoTo Group since August 2019. Prior to this role, Ayu worked at Ashurst from March 2015 to August 2019, progressing from Trainee Associate to Associate and Junior Associate, providing legal assistance on significant projects, including financing for hydro and coal-fired power plants in Indonesia and advising on insurance partnerships and stock listings. Ayu began professional experience as a Legal Intern at Reliance Capital Management in 2018. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
