Irene Song

Irene Song is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as Deputy Corporate Secretary at Travelers since August 2025, Irene has previously held significant roles including Chief Governance Counsel and Assistant Secretary at ITW, and multiple positions at PACCAR, such as Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
