Benjamin Burrows FdA, MSyl has extensive experience in the security industry, starting their career in 2004 with G4S as a Training Officer and progressing to roles such as Operations Manager, Regional Manager, and General Manager. In 2015, they transitioned to CSP Ltd. where they served as a Business Manager before being promoted to Head of Operations for Stewarding and Security in 2018.

Benjamin Burrows FdA, MSyl completed a Foundation degree in Crowd Safety Management at Bucks New University from 2010 to 2012. Benjamin also holds a certification from City and Guilds.
