Anastasiya Voronova

Anastasiya Voronova has a diverse work experience starting from 2015 until the present. Anastasiya began their career as an Administrator at Evviva from September 2015 to December 2016. Anastasiya then worked as an Admission Manager & Operator PC at Georgia Education Centre from December 2016 to September 2017. Following that, they served as an IT Recruiter at New Life from September 2017 to March 2019, where they were responsible for sourcing IT specialists, analyzing the job market, and coordinating interviews. In 2019, they joined IT DEV GROUP as an IT Recruiter from June 2019 to November 2019. Anastasiya'sresponsibilities included searching for potential candidates, developing position descriptions, and conducting technical interviews. Most recently, they held the role of Head of HR Department at Gotoinc from September 2019. In this position, they supervised the education process and provided assistance in implementing performance appraisal and onboarding processes for subcontractors.
