The Role



Your mission

As a staff growth product manager you are responsible for connecting our users with value as efficient as possible. Either through our product-led growth funnel (free to paid) or later stage adoption of value to drive revenue expansion (retention).

Wherever there is opportunity between acquisition, retention or monetization you will look for it and quantifiably test your teams hypothesis and make our photographers more successful.



Responsibilities

As part of the GotPhoto Product Organization you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with stakeholders across our company
  • Being in touch with our customers to identify, understand and validate the problems we have to solve for them
  • Owning and prioritizing the product roadmap for your teams scope & defining and executing rollout plans
  • Outcome driven facilitator, business casing with quantitative and qualitative data substantiation
  • Mentor to other Product Managers to adopt a growth driven mindset

As a member of our Product Management Team you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring alignment on topics across multiple development teams
  • Ensuring great relationships with our customers and focus group members for direct market feedback
  • Sourcing, setting up and analyzing data your team needs to drive business cases
  • Quarterly outcome driven planning and domain strategy creation with your team
  • Traveling to industry events to contribute to market knowledge

We are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience with A/B tests and at least intermediate SQL skills
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS companies or companies selling a software product, product-led growth preferred (freemium, trial)
  • You have incredible problem solving skills that allow you to dive into a topic quickly and identify the root cause that needs to be solved
  • You have a strong affinity to align you decisions with your stakeholders, the company strategy and set product strategy items
  • Good understanding of customer mental models and the ability to identify how different elements of the user-experience affect the customers motivation.
  • Good ability to identify friction in customer flows, simplify UI and remove unnecessary steps in the process.
  • Understanding the core principles behind habit formation and have a good understanding of strategies to increase motivation and reward customers for their behaviors.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German is an advantage)
