Michelle Vinnetan, IHRP CA, has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 2017. Michelle began their career as a Legal Assistant at WongPartnership LLP in 2017, followed by a role as a Finance and HR Analyst at Tech in Asia in 2020. In 2021, they moved to Heinemann Asia Pacific Pte Ltd as a Human Resources Executive, and most recently in 2022, they joined Gotrade (YC S19) as People Operations, where they were responsible for employee matters such as onboarding, off-boarding, payroll, engagement, performance review and assessment, compensation and benefit, and recruitment. Michelle also developed HR strategies and guided the design of HR Projects and Initiatives to support business goals and drive engagement in remote work settings.

Michelle Vinnetan has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Kwik Kian Gie School of Business, which they obtained in 2016.
