Paul Glaubitz

Paul Glaubitz has a diverse work experience in various industries and positions. Paul currently serves as the Director of Engineering & Operations at Goudsmit Magnetics, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's engineering and operational activities. Prior to this, Paul held the position of Head of Operations at Goudsmit Magnetics, where they played a key role in the design and manufacture of magnets and magnetic systems for metal separation, recycling, transport, lifting, holding, and demagnetization.

Before joining Goudsmit Magnetics, Paul worked at RHI Magnesita as the Senior Vice President of BU Recycling, where they led and managed the global recycling business unit. Their responsibilities included developing and implementing circular business models, technology development programs, and CAPEX programs. Paul also held the position of General Manager of RHI Magnesita Netherlands, where they set up and managed the Dutch legal entities.

Prior to RHI Magnesita, Paul worked at Stornetic GmbH, Pronexos, and NPROXX, all of which are subsidiaries of Enrichment Technology Company. At Stornetic GmbH, they served as the Commercial Manager of New Business, responsible for developing and implementing commercial processes and tools. Similarly, at Pronexos and NPROXX, Paul held the role of Commercial Manager of New Business, where they focused on developing and managing new business accounts in various industries.

Paul's earlier work experience includes roles at Enrichment Technology and Enrichment Technology France. At Enrichment Technology, they served as a Project Director, managing a large customer project and overseeing commercial aspects, project management, and organizational transformation. Paul also worked as a Programme Manager of Business Transformation, leading a global improvement program to transform the company into a more project-oriented and customer-focused organization. At Enrichment Technology France, they held the position of Manager of Operations, where they established a new entity responsible for assembly and installation activities.

Before their time at Enrichment Technology, Paul worked at URENCO Nederland as a QA/QC Manager, focusing on quality management and organizational development. Paul Glaubitz completed their primary education at Bonhoeffer College, where they obtained a VWO degree from 1988 to 1994. Paul then pursued higher education at the University of Twente, earning a Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering from 1994 to 2001. In 2006 and 2007, Paul attended the TSM Business School at the University of Twente to study Project Management. In 2010, they participated in the World Nuclear University's Summer Institute at the University of Oxford. Finally, in 2014, Paul briefly studied Strategic Account Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam's RSM program.
