Alison Scott possesses a diverse range of experience in both freelance and culinary roles. Currently a staff member at The Cheesecake Factory, Alison has been working as a freelancer since November 1998, undertaking various clerical jobs and other tasks. Additionally, Alison has been associated with Gourmand since August 1995, contributing expertise in the culinary field.
