Dobbelaere Katia has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1999 as a Wetenschappelijke Medewerker at Universiteit Gent. Dobbelaere then worked as a Senior Consultant at De Witte & Morel from 2000 to 2005. From 2005 to 2016, they held various HR positions at Lotus Bakeries, including HR Manager Corporate & International and Verantwoordelijke Selectie en Opleiding. Dobbelaere was then promoted to Group HR Director from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they work as an HR Director at Gourmand Pastries.
Katia Dobbelaere completed their Bachelor's degree in Maatschappelijk Assistent with a specialization in personnel work from IPSOC Hogeschool Kortrijk in 1995. Dobbelaere then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Psychology from Ghent University, completing their studies in 1999. In 2008-2009, they attended Vlerick Business School, where they pursued a Master Class in HR.

Our production procedures thus comply with BRC, IFS and FDA standards.
