Simon Hanlon

Simon Hanlon is an experienced restaurant general manager with a robust background in the food service industry. Since July 2017, Simon has served as the general manager at Gourmet Burger Kitchen, following a tenure at TGI Fridays from October 2011 to June 2017 in the same role. Prior to that, Simon held the position of general manager at Taste Food Company from August 1996 to June 2011. Simon earned a diploma in professional cookery from DIT Cathal Brugha Street between 1995 and 1997.
