Philip Forbes-Bell

Philip Forbes-Bell has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Director of Operations Development / OpEx at Gousto since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2016 to 2021, holding various positions including Project Leader, Management Consultant for Manufacturing/Supply Chain Operations & Strategy in both North America and UK/Europe. Before joining BCG, they worked at Nestlé from 2008 to 2016, where they served as Head of Production for Nescafe Dolce Gusto, Manufacturing Operations Manager, and Industrial Performance Lead. Additionally, they worked at The Bayford Group as Operations & Projects Manager from 2006 to 2008 and served as an Officer in the Royal Air Force (RAF) from 2002 to 2006.

Philip Forbes-Bell earned a BEng degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications in a variety of fields including football coaching, defence vetting, autonomous maintenance, chartered chemical engineering, Prince2 project management, and a private pilot's license.
