Madeline Oujesky Prater

Madeline Oujesky Prater, MPA, has served as a Business Manager and Assistant to the Director of Planning and Development Services for the City of Southlake, Texas, since May 2017. Key responsibilities include maintaining departmental metrics, assisting in budget preparation, developing business plans, coordinating public meeting agendas, and overseeing employee engagement activities. Prater has previous experience as an Office Assistant and City Intern for the City of Fort Worth and as a City Intern for the City of Norman, where tasks included meeting documentation, research, and project assistance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs and Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas. Additionally, Prater studied at University College Cork and graduated from Richland High School.
