Kristin Rutledge

Kristin Rutledge, MBA, CPA, CGA, is an experienced financial professional with a diverse background in leadership and financial management. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer at BC Public Service since June 2016, Kristin has held various roles including Director of Planning, Analysis and Reporting, and Senior Treasury Board Analyst. Prior to this, Kristin worked at BC Assessment as a Business Consultant and Senior Financial Analyst, and gained experience as a Financial Accountant at PRT Growing Services Ltd. and as a Financial Analyst at the Regional District of Nanaimo. Kristin began her career as a Senior Accountant at Aviawest Resorts and a Junior Accountant at Brent Johnson, CGA Ltd., following earlier experience as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Inuktun Services Ltd. Kristin holds an MBA from the University of Victoria, an MBA focused on Entrepreneurship & Design Strategy from Copenhagen Business School, and is a Certified General Accountant. Additionally, Kristin earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Victoria.
