Mobeen Lalani

Mobeen Lalani currently serves as the Manager of Technology and Venture Development at Toronto Innovation Acceleration Partners, leading the Critical Technologies Initiative Fund I and co-leading the University of Toronto's Early Stage Technology Fund (UTEST). Previously, Mobeen held various roles at the Government of Canada, including Youth Council Member for the Chief Science Advisor’s Office, and contributed to the South-Asian Venture Capital Association as the Ontario Lead. Mobeen has also worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Toronto, a Professional Development Committee Member for HIMSS, and held positions in business development at Locke Bio and as a consultant for Emerging Youth Consultancy. Mobeen's academic background includes a Master of Health Informatics from the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, along with various certifications in health law and venture fellowship.
